The University Grants Commission (UGC) has introduced a new scholarship program for students in the North Eastern Region called Ishan Uday (NER). Saksham is an MHRD Scheme being implemented by AICTE aimed at providing encouragement and support to specially-abled children to pursue Technical Education.
