How to Apply for NSP Scholarship 2021-22?
NSP Scholarship for Polytechnic Students: The students who are applying for the first time need to “Register” themselves on the website by providing their correct and authenticated information as printed on their documents in the “Students Registration Form”.
Before applying for the Scholarship, students need to keep these documents handy with them
- Educational documents of the student.
- Domicile certificate of the student.
- If your educational institute is located in a place different your domicile certificate, you would have to furnish a bonafide student certificate.
- Income certificate of the student.
- Bank passbook of the student.
- Caste certificate, if have.
- Aadhaar number of the student.

The steps required to apply for NSP Scholarship are given below:
- Visit the official Website of National Scholarship Portal – https://nsp.gov.in
- Click on the “New Registration” on the top navigation bar
- Fill the required details
- Click on “Register”
- A student application ID and password will be sent to your registered mobile number
How to Login in the NSP Portal?
Once you have completed the Registration Process as described above, you can log in to the portal, steps are given below.
- Click on the Login Button
- Enter the application ID and the password that was sent to your registered mobile number
- Once you log in, a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number
- You will now be directed to change your password
- Once the password has been changed, you will be directed to the applicant’s dashboard
- Click on ‘’Application Form’’
- Fill in all the required details
- Click on the button ‘’Save and Continue’’
- Now add the scheme details and your contact details
- Upload the necessary documents
- Click on ‘’Save as Draft’’ first to verify and check all details first
- Click on ‘’Final Submit’’
