Assam PAT 2023 Exam Pattern: Assam Polytechnic PAT 2023 Exam Pattern has major details like the mode of exam whether online or offline, the type of questions that will come in the exam, the marking scheme, etc. The Assam Polytechnic exam is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education Assam. It is also known by the name Assam PAT (Polytechnic Admission Test).

By this exam, admissions will be given into various diploma courses. All polytechnic institutions of the Assam state give admission on the basis of Assam PAT scores. Assam PAT 2023 Exam Pattern

The detailed Assam PAT 2023 Exam Pattern is mentioned below:

Assam PAT 2023 Exam Pattern: Assam PAT 2023 exam will be conducted through pen and paper-based mode in OMR sheet pattern.
Answering Mode: Candidates are required to use a black ball pen for marking their answers.
Type of Questions: The questions will be of objective type with multiple choices Answer for the Examinations.
Duration: A total of two hours duration will be given to complete the question paper.
Number of Questions: There will be 100 questions asked in the Assam Polytechnic exam.
Language: The question paper will be asked in both English and Hindi languages.
Marking Scheme: One mark will be given for each correct answer.
Negative Marking: No negative marking will be done for wrong and unattempted questions.

Assam Polytechnic PAT 2023 Application Form

• Assam PAT 2023 Application form will be released on the official website through online mode.
• Candidates will be able to fill up the Assam PAT 2023 Application form from the first week of March 2023.
• Candidates are requested to fill up the Application Form correctly as incomplete details will not be accepted.
• Candidates must not forget to upload the scanned image of the photograph & signature in the prescribed format & size.
• Be sure to provide the correct Mobile Number and email id, as all-important & login details will be sent to candidates’ registered id & numbers so they must be valid and working.
• At last, candidates must also take a printout of the form and must keep it safe for future use.

Application Fee for Assam Polytechnic PAT 2023

• The Application fee for Assam PAT 2023 can be paid in both ONLINE and OFFLINE modes.
• Net banking, credit card, and debit card will be used via online mode.
• The offline fee can be submitted via the State Bank of India (SBI) through challan.
• All category candidates must submit Rs.500/- as an application fee.
• The application fee will be non-refundable.

Assam Polytechnic PAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must be an Indian Resident.
• The applying candidate must qualify for the 10th-level examination from any recognized board or university.
• Candidates must have secured at least 40% marks (35% for SC & 33% for ST category) to be eligible.
• He/She must have domicile in Assam state.
